Had the misfortune to deal with this company through an Insurer.

Following the first visit the exact same problem occurred as soon as the machine was used, called them up to rearrange a visit and they couldn't have been less interested.

Had to laugh at the were a family business offering great service - how deuded!

Second visit, a time and been arranged and they came before then when I was out. Spent 10 minutes and claimed to have fixed the problem the same problem occurred when the machine was used as soon as they left.

Called to complain and they claimed to have done work they hadn't , then told me they weren't interested and to call the insurer. Did so and they're coming back for a third time.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt it's a poor management and untrained staff.

It horrifies me to think that I could have been charged for three visits by them for parts I know they didn't fit if I didn't have the insurance and to have had to take three days of work for them not to fix it.

If I had a choice I'd never use them again and hope other will take heed of my misfortune.

Repair Service

Excellent service all round. Keith arrived on time, cleared the faults and checked the overall condition of my dish washer. Cleaned out the drainage system and replaced a faulty pressure switch. Whole job was completed in 90-minutes. Friendly, efficient & professional. Thank you Keith Coe andTK.

Poor Service

If you want to wait 2 weeks for parts with your floor full of water waiting for a part this is the company for you no phone calls had to chance them every time

Excellent Service

Thank you TKGarnham once again been lucky enough that it’s your company that comes out and repairs under warranty. Always great reliable service and so friendly when or if I have to phone regarding appointment. Wish we could take out service warranty with you on all our domestic appliance when manufacturers warranty ended as I’d have price of mind . Nice to be able to choose AM/PM as well as have to take time off work and you always arrive as stated - Thank you for all your effort 😁

My oven stopped working on Wednesday. Contacted Domestic & General & received a phone call from TK Garnham's giving me appointment for Friday morning. Engineer turned up on time, knew exactly what the problem was & fixed it. Really nice chap & am so grateful to everyone involved. Great service.

Great service

Fantastic service from this company from the way my initial call was handled through to organising times for repair to be done (and reminder texts sent the day before). The person who repaired the appliance was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Replaced two faulty parts but after running a diagnostic realised that another part was needed which wasn't on the van (or in stock) - can't really fault them for that. That part has now been ordered and is being replaced tomorrow. Makes a pleasant change from some of the customer service experiences I have had elsewhere recently.

Over and above 5+ service

I had a service visit booked for between 12 - 5 pm. At about 9 30 on day of visit had a phone call from my daughter in law to say our Grandson aged 18 had been rushed to hospital with suspected Sepsis. I was needed to go and be there for my other grandson who was at school. My grandson was taken ill whilst working as an Actor and filming three and half hours away from his parents. We live 30 miles away from them. I rang Garnhams and spoke to a young lady called Sasha and of course was upset. She was kindness itself to me and told me not to worry about the engineer but do what I had to do. She was so calming and lovely. When I returned home after a couple of days as things turned out a lot better than expected, I rang to make another appointment and was treat again with exceptional kindness and courtesy. Whilst I hope that I don't need them again after this repair is completed, I wouldn't hesitate to ask for this company again.
