Fantastic service throughout 🙂

Can not fault this company..... Could not have been more helpful if they tried. From the initial phone call, right through to arranging the time for the engineers visit. Great engineer that visited. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me piece of mind following the incident with my Beko washing machine that was only 3 months old. All round fantastic service. Well done.

Abandon hope ....

....all ye who have to deal with TKG....New washing machine - less than 2 weeks old. Beko....machine leaking around dispenser drawer .....service company had no dates for at least 4 days in advance....cancelled (after our call to them) day before due to visit for repair due to parts not arriving....asked for new washing machine as TKG decided to order a new pump and drawer despite not seeing machine. Exasperated. Have to have visit from engineer to declare machine faulty....then go back to to AO and authorise replacement ...

Hello Mrs Barnett. I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the service you received. It is my understanding that we had to confirm the fault before the retailer would exchange the appliance for you. The particular part required is out of stock with the manufacturer at the moment - this is beyond my control I'm afraid. I understand your frustrations - particularly with a brand new machine - but we had to confirm the issue for you by way of an engineers visit. I am happy to post your review including your star rating and comments, but I have to stress that we are only called upon when there is an issue with the machine. The fact that there was an issue with the machine in the first place isn't of my company's doing.

My washing machine went wrong, i rang TK Garnham, and i must say, the appointment for the first visit was exceptional fast and efficient, and when the gentlemen come to repair the machine, is name is Kyle, the service was impeccable, the time and the efficiency and the service was 15 out of 10, and i highly recommend ,very professional.

Excellent service!

Worried that our new AEG cooker had developed a crack along the hob after only a few weeks of use, I contacted John Lewis who were very helpful and directed me to the manufacturer and from there to TK Garnham. The response was courteous and considerate with no suggestion that I had perhaps caused the damage - which I hadn't. I was asked to email photos to TK Garnham and they were assessed very quickly. Before the repair could take place it had to be verified by the manufacturer which only took a few minutes and in no time at all Lucy contacted me with details of the repair. A replacement glass hob was ordered - only a few days wait - followed by a prompt visit from two engineers who left me with a cooker as good as new! The engineers were both very pleasant, polite and got on with the job carefully. Thank you to everyone who dealt with my problem from the initial query to repair. Customer service is amazing and I am a very satisfied customer.

Brilliant service from telephone conversation reporting fault with my Washing machine to the Engineer attending within 48 hours. The Engineer repaired the fault which appears to be that a pipe had not been fitted correctly at manufacture or through transportation had come out of its retaining clips causing it to become chaffed and create a cut in the pipe hence a leak.Excellent service from yourselves from start to finish. I would certainly recommend your services to others.Thanks

Consistently brilliant service

All of our floor-standing kitchen machines, including the cooker, were bought from John Lewis. One reason for this is they use TK Garnham to carry out their warranty repairs.We have called them for a cooker element, a broken down washing machine and dishwasher, even a new door for the fridge. All engineers called when they said they would, all repairs carried out on the same day.Many thanks.

Great Service

Wonderful and quick repair of my built in oven. Methodical, systematic troubleshooting is something that you don't see every day so was a pleasure to see workmen who take a moment to think before they start on the tools. Thanks guys.

excellent service could not have asked for better, spent over 30 mins on hold trying to talk to AEG reference the extended guarantee. In desperation rang TK Garnham to get cooker fixed and sort out the costs with AEG later. Darren was superb and got it sorted. Customer service at its best. Engineer turned up and was great,probably the best company I have dealt with for many years
