Excellent service!

Worried that our new AEG cooker had developed a crack along the hob after only a few weeks of use, I contacted John Lewis who were very helpful and directed me to the manufacturer and from there to TK Garnham. The response was courteous and considerate with no suggestion that I had perhaps caused the damage - which I hadn't. I was asked to email photos to TK Garnham and they were assessed very quickly. Before the repair could take place it had to be verified by the manufacturer which only took a few minutes and in no time at all Lucy contacted me with details of the repair. A replacement glass hob was ordered - only a few days wait - followed by a prompt visit from two engineers who left me with a cooker as good as new! The engineers were both very pleasant, polite and got on with the job carefully. Thank you to everyone who dealt with my problem from the initial query to repair. Customer service is amazing and I am a very satisfied customer.

Brilliant service from telephone conversation reporting fault with my Washing machine to the Engineer attending within 48 hours. The Engineer repaired the fault which appears to be that a pipe had not been fitted correctly at manufacture or through transportation had come out of its retaining clips causing it to become chaffed and create a cut in the pipe hence a leak.Excellent service from yourselves from start to finish. I would certainly recommend your services to others.Thanks

Consistently brilliant service

All of our floor-standing kitchen machines, including the cooker, were bought from John Lewis. One reason for this is they use TK Garnham to carry out their warranty repairs.We have called them for a cooker element, a broken down washing machine and dishwasher, even a new door for the fridge. All engineers called when they said they would, all repairs carried out on the same day.Many thanks.

Great Service

Wonderful and quick repair of my built in oven. Methodical, systematic troubleshooting is something that you don't see every day so was a pleasure to see workmen who take a moment to think before they start on the tools. Thanks guys.

excellent service could not have asked for better, spent over 30 mins on hold trying to talk to AEG reference the extended guarantee. In desperation rang TK Garnham to get cooker fixed and sort out the costs with AEG later. Darren was superb and got it sorted. Customer service at its best. Engineer turned up and was great,probably the best company I have dealt with for many years

Consistentley disappointing

Our first engineer arrived on a Friday and decided we needed a new c-p-u which as you may guess had to be ordered. A week later a different engineer arrived with the c-p-u, stating that this was not the problem. This engineer reconnected a wire that the previous man had failed to even see and left with the new c-p-u, Twenty four hours later we were once again without a machine. Three days later and our third visit from T K Garnham it was decided the machine needed a new motor. Two weeks without a machine is bad enough, however we have been much longer than this previously due to T K Garnhams terrible service.

Great service.

Two cheerful engineers arrived to repair our washing machine, they also discovered a leaky pipe which had caused substantial damage to kitchen tiles. Washing machine repaired successfully and they managed to temporarily stem the leak. A great service allround.

My new Blomberg gas cooker was not as expected from the day of purchase. Gas levels were low. From ringing Blomberg to being transferred to TK Garnham the service could not have been better. An engineer came out last Friday at the time they said he would come and immediately fitted a new thermostat. Excellent. Now working fine.Would recommend this company to anyone.
